What’s new about the JBL 4349?
The latest model in JBL's monitor series excels with an entertaining listening experience and exceptional bass performance that is both dynamic and accurate. This is because the 4349 is equipped with an entirely new 12" pulp cone which, together with the powerful magnet system and voice coil, enables it to handle enormous amounts of power without emphasis.
The tweeter unit is the patented D2415K with a dual 1.5" compression driver, which is placed in JBL's patented High-Definition Imaging (HDI) horn technology. JBL has made several improvements here, resulting in better dispersion. The studio monitor consists of a 2-way design, designed and engineered at JBL’s world-famous acoustic engineering facility in Northridge, California.
Advanced horn technology from JBL
A central part of the JBL 4349 is the company’s High-Definition Imaging horn (HDI), which has been developed to ensure uniform dispersion of the high frequencies throughout the room. Together with the D2415K compression driver, it creates precise and controlled sound reproduction where details are preserved, even outside the optimal listening position.
