Terms and Conditions
We take pride in providing the best information and guidance about our products, but if you need it, we offer to come to your home and help with the optimal setup and installation of your hi-fi equipment.
Our own experienced installers can take care of everything: delivery, unpacking, setup, installation, network setup, etc., so you get the very best out of your hi-fi equipment. There is a reason we call ourselves specialists!
You can also involve us in your plans if you are building a new home or renovating and want sound and picture integrated into the project. We help you find the most optimal solutions, so you avoid mistakes with, for example, cable routing and in-wall speakers. Stop by and tell us about your plans.
Starting fee DKK 300,-
Per hour (min. 1 hour) DKK 600,-
After the 1st hour, DKK 300,- is charged per commenced half hour.
Used materials are charged separately, such as cable trays, special bolts or brackets, and cables that were not purchased in connection with the purchase in the store.
Delivery of goods is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the item. Goods are shipped with GLS.
The delivery time is 1-3 business days if the items are in stock.
For items that are in remote storage, a delivery time of 7-14 days should be expected.
For certain special-order items, a delivery time of up to 30 days should be expected.
At Lydspecialisten, you can order your items online using the following payment methods:

Reservation of funds:
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

Financing options:
Lydspecialisten also offers financing through Anyday, Klarna, and Viabill. An agreement to pay via financing is canceled if a purchase is withdrawn.
You can also pay by bank transfer. Select the payment method "Bank transfer" at checkout and follow the instructions on the page. Please use your order ID, which you have just received by email, as the payment reference.

When paying by bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme. All goods sold on invoice are sold with retention of title until the full amount has been paid.
All prices on www.lydspecialisten.dk include VAT. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

Returns and complaints
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of return when you shop with us. For items such as pickups and turntables, an assessed reduction in value will be deducted if the item has been used.
Please note: In-ear headphones with broken packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The return period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
This means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to steen@lydspecialisten.dk or contact us by phone. You can also cancel by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
If you cancel a purchase on our webshop and have chosen financing as your payment method, your financing agreement will also be cancelled.
Returns:
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. When returning the order, you are responsible for ensuring that it is securely packaged. You bear the risk of any damage that may occur during transport.
You can create your return through our return portal, which you can find right here. Standard returns always have a fixed low price of just DKK 45.
Certain items cannot be returned in the usual way. This applies, for example, to very heavy items or items with large dimensions that require special shipping.
If you arrange the shipping yourself, the return costs are expected to be no more than DKK 5,000 for returns from addresses in Denmark depending on the item type - however, the price is often significantly lower than that for special shipments.
If the shipment has very large dimensions and requires pallet freight, in some cases we may be able to help find a solution for you that is cheaper than what you would otherwise be able to obtain as a private individual.
1. Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
2. Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and how the item works. In other words, to receive a full refund, you may do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the item, but you must not do anything that reduces its condition or functionality.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's market value.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this will often result in a reduction in the value of the item.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not any additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notice that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
The Danish Sale of Goods Act rules on defects apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make your complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect was discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get proof of postage so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

We do not accept parcels without delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery.
By signing up for Lydspecialisten's newsletter, you can get one year of warranty after your right to make a complaint expires, but this does not apply to used equipment. Sign-up must take place no later than the same day as the purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, spare parts, and labor. The warranty does not cover scratches/minor damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, damage incurred during transport, professional use, insufficient general maintenance, batteries in products, theft, or fire. Any loss of data is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover third-party products or faults caused by connection to third-party products.
The warranty applies only upon presentation of an invoice or receipt with information about the purchase date and product type when the device is submitted.

Price guarantee
If there are further price reductions on an item that you have purchased from us within your 30-day return period, we will refund the price difference. You simply need to present the invoice. That way, you do not have to wait to buy the item you want just because it might go on sale during Black Days.
At Lydspecialisten, you not only get the best products and service, but also the best price. Our price-match guarantee means that you will get the price difference refunded if you discover that the same product is now available at a lower price from us or one of our competitors here in Denmark within 30 days of your purchase. All you need to do is bring or send us a current advertisement, receipt, or a link showing the lower price, and we will refund the difference. It is our way of ensuring that you always feel confident about your purchases with us.
Our price match does not only apply retroactively. It also applies if you found the product cheaper at a competitor before your purchase. If you have found the product cheaper abroad, we also strive to match the price. You are therefore welcome to contact us, after which we will make an individual assessment of whether we can accommodate the request.
Although we always strive to be the cheapest, there are cases where we cannot offer price matching. This applies to queue offers, limited quantities, opening offers, outlet products, member offers, or items that our competitors do not have in stock.
PriceRunner purchase guarantee
When you shop with us, you are covered by the PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee. This means you are protected up to 50,000 kroner if something should go wrong in connection with your purchase. The Purchase Guarantee costs nothing and applies to all registered members on PriceRunner.

We register your personal data in order to deliver the item to you.
The personal data is registered with Lydspecialisten ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process the information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data controller at lydspecialisten.dk is co-owner Steen Mortensen.
As a registered customer with Lydspecialisten ApS, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. Inquiries in this regard should be sent to: steen@lydspecialisten.dk
Complaint options
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact Steen Mortensen (steen@lydspecialisten.dk). If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To submit a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

The E-mark
The e-label works to make Danish e-commerce safer. We do this, among other things, through our certification scheme, which ensures that the webshop complies with e-commerce legislation. At the same time, as a customer shopping on an e-labeled webshop, you have access to free case handling and buyer protection of up to DKK 10,000 per purchase. In this way, you can always shop with confidence in an e-labeled webshop.
The e-label also has its own review system, where the customer score is based on other customers' purchasing experiences. The e-label's customer score reviews come only from real, validated buyers.
