Lydspecialisten's processing of personal data
Lydspecialisten's privacy policy concerns how we process information about our customers. Our collection of information serves several purposes, including order processing, repair service, advice, and marketing. You can also find our cookie policy here, where we explain how we handle your information and provide information about how you can object to this processing. This also includes instructions on how to manage and remove cookies.
We only process ordinary personal data, and we place great importance on you having control over which information we collect and how it is used. In many cases, you have the option to be deleted from our systems. You can change what you have consented to at any time at the bottom of this page.
For legal reasons, however, there are cases where we are required to store certain personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, such as the Bookkeeping Act.
The personal data collected is used primarily for the delivery of ordered products, communication via phone, SMS, and email, including the sending of newsletters, if you have subscribed. We also use the information for targeted advertising on other websites and social media, provided that we have received your consent.
We are obligated to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, you are welcome to contact us.
Storage of your data
If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of having them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). The website’s administrators can also see and edit that information.
We register your personal data in order to deliver the item to you. The personal data is registered with Lydspecialisten ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
The data controller at lydspecialisten.dk is co-owner Steen Mortensen.
Your rights over your data
If you have an account on this website, or have written comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including all data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. Inquiries regarding this should be sent to: steen@lydspecialisten.dk. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Cookies
We primarily use cookies to provide you with the best possible experience on our site. We do this because cookies enable us to provide you with the most relevant content, but you can opt out of all cookies that are not technically necessary at any time.
If you write a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you write another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we create a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up a number of cookies and save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen preference cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will remain active for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will disappear.
What do we use cookies for?
Many features on a website depend on a cookie being placed when a user visits a website, so first and foremost, we set cookies to have a functional site. In addition, we use both first-party and third-party cookies to improve the user experience on our site and offer relevant marketing. When a third-party cookie is set, it means that we have allowed a third party, such as social media, Google Analytics, or similar, to place a cookie in your browser when you visit our website.
We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to record how you use and interact with our website through behavioral data, heatmaps, and session replay in order to improve the usability of our website. Website usage data is collected using first- and third-party cookies as well as other tracking technologies to assess the popularity of products/services and online activities. In addition, we use this information for website optimization, fraud prevention/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit Microsoft's privacy statement."

Where do we send data to
Visitors' comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service.
