That is why, on our website, you can read other customers’ honest opinions about our products. Customer reviews are our way of documenting that our products really are as good as we say they are. That there is honesty and credibility behind our advice.

On our website, you can find two different types of customer reviews. The first type is approved customers, who have received an invitation in connection with their purchase. Only customers who have shopped directly on our webshops can write these reviews.

The second type of customer reviews is verified reviewer. We have many customers who pay in our physical store or by invoice and can go directly to the product page and write a review of the relevant product. Here, the reviewer must confirm their email, after which we verify that it exists in our accounts receivable system. The review is not published until we have confirmed that the customer exists in our system. All our reviews are therefore 100% verified as actual customers.

As a general rule, we publish all reviews whether they are positive or negative. This means that no reviews have been edited or influenced in any way to achieve a specific outcome.

If the review concerns matters that are not related to the product, we reserve the right to remove the review. Product reviews must primarily be about the product so that they can help other hi-fi enthusiasts make well-informed purchasing decisions.
