QUAD Artera Pre + Artera Mono – used preamplifier and monoblocks

We have received this QUAD Artera Pre + Artera Mono set in trade from a customer. The set consists of an Artera Pre preamplifier and a set of Artera Mono monoblocks and is an interesting solution for those who want a powerful separate stereo system with QUAD's classic approach to amplifier design.

Artera Pre functions as the system's control center and combines analog connections with a built-in phono preamplifier for a turntable. The two Artera Mono units provide separate power amplification for each speaker and deliver 300 watts per channel into 8 ohms, offering good possibilities for driving even more demanding speakers.

With a dedicated monoblock for each channel, the right and left channels each get their own power amplifier. This also makes it possible to place the power amplifiers closer to the speakers and build a uncompromising stereo setup around separate components.

The set has, of course, been tested and inspected by us before sale.
