CRPS – a different kind of power supply

One of the biggest differences between the M6s PRX and many traditional power amplifiers is Musical Fidelity’s Choke Regulated Power Supply (CRPS).

By using chokes in the power supply, noise from the mains is significantly reduced, while the power supply maintains a very low internal resistance. Musical Fidelity also uses a dual bifilar choke system, which further improves noise suppression and creates optimal working conditions for the amplifier circuitry.

This provides an exceptionally quiet background, high resolution, and precise reproduction of even the smallest nuances in the music.
