Marantz MODEL 70 – stereo amplifier for music, vinyl, and TV
Marantz MODEL 70 is an integrated stereo amplifier for those who want to bring together music, vinyl, and TV sound in a single stereo system. With 2 x 50 watts, a built-in DAC, MM turntable input, HDMI ARC, and Bluetooth, it combines both analog and digital audio sources in an elegant solution.
Connect passive speakers, a turntable, and a TV, and use the same system for everything from LPs and CDs to movies and TV. MODEL 70 does not have built-in network streaming, but it can be expanded with a separate streamer if you want Spotify Connect, TIDAL, or other network-based services.

Marantz stereo amplifier for both music and TV
One of the strengths of the Marantz MODEL 70 is the combination of a classic stereo amplifier and modern connectivity. With HDMI ARC, the TV becomes a natural part of the stereo system, and with a compatible TV, the volume can be controlled directly from the TV's remote control.
At the same time, you get a built-in MM RIAA amplifier for the turntable as well as analog inputs for, for example, a CD player or other audio sources. MODEL 70 is therefore an obvious choice if you want a traditional stereo system that can also function as a sound system for the TV.
2 x 50 watts with Marantz HDAM technology
Marantz MODEL 70 delivers 2 x 50 watts and continues Marantz's approach to integrated stereo amplifiers. The signal path is optimized with a focus on reducing noise and preserving the details in the music, while Marantz HDAM modules are used in the preamplifier section.
The built-in DAC makes it possible to connect digital audio sources such as a CD transport, streamer, or TV directly to the amplifier. Two selectable digital filters make it possible to tailor the playback to the source and personal preferences.
If you prefer a more direct analog signal path, Source Direct can bypass tone controls and other unnecessary signal processing.
Connect a turntable, Bluetooth, and digital audio sources
If you have a turntable with an MM cartridge, it can be connected directly to MODEL 70 via the built-in phono input. Digital audio sources can be connected via the optical and coaxial inputs, while Bluetooth with aptX Adaptive enables wireless audio from a phone, tablet, or computer.
Bluetooth works both ways. MODEL 70 can therefore also transmit audio to compatible wireless headphones.
There is no built-in HEOS or other network streaming. If you already have a streamer, or if you want to choose your own streaming solution, it can be connected via a digital or analog input. This makes MODEL 70 the center of a flexible stereo system that you can expand further as needed.
A flexible Marantz amplifier for the modern stereo system
Marantz MODEL 70 combines classic stereo qualities with the connections many people use every day. The turntable gets its own MM input, digital sources can use the built-in DAC, and HDMI ARC makes it easy to get TV sound through the same speakers you use for music.
The result is an integrated amplifier for those who want one complete stereo system for multiple audio sources – while still preserving the freedom to choose, for example, speakers, a turntable, and an external streamer yourself.
