Ediscreation Fiberbox III Extreme

Ediscreation Fiberbox III Extreme is developed for high-end music systems where the network is a central part of the digital signal chain. By converting the electrical network signal into an optical signal, galvanic isolation is created between the router and the music system. This reduces electrical noise and provides more stable conditions for streamers, music servers, and DACs.

The Extreme version builds on the Fiberbox III Standard but is upgraded with exclusive components and mechanical improvements that optimize the power supply, resonance control, and signal stability.

Fiberbox III Extreme is designed to work together with Silent Switch OCXO II via Ediscreation's Synchronize Clock Bus technology.

When the units are connected, the clock signal is synchronized between them. This reduces timing deviations and creates more consistent conditions throughout the network, providing optimal conditions for the connected digital components.

High-end components throughout

The Extreme version differs from the standard model by using components from some of the hi-fi industry's most respected manufacturers. These include a Furutech FI-06 NCF IEC inlet, Audio Note Golden capacitors, Mundorf capacitors, and internal UPOCC conductors.

The internal copper chassis and the patented Ripple Base feet also contribute to a mechanically stable environment around the sensitive circuits.

The enclosure is made of CNC-machined aluminum combined with an internal copper construction and vibration-damping feet. The multi-stage linear power supply and audio-grade toroidal transformer provide stable operating conditions for the electronics.
