PowerHAUS P6 from Chord Company is the entry-level model in the PowerHAUS series, designed as a noise-optimized power distribution block for hi-fi, home theater, and custom install systems. The construction is based on Chord's ARAY principles and focuses on minimizing high-frequency noise and electrical interference without the use of series-connected filters. With heavy-duty internal conductors, optimized grounding, and a 16A IEC input, the P6 is designed to handle both signal-critical source components and power-hungry amplifiers.

NOISE REDUCTION WITHOUT IMPEDANCE

PowerHAUS P6 uses a passive approach to noise reduction, where ARAY technology reduces high-frequency interference without being placed in series with the power path. This ensures that power delivery is not restricted and that dynamic headroom is preserved.

The absence of filters eliminates the risk of voltage drop and transient limitation, which are often seen in conventional power distribution blocks.

OPTIMIZED INTERNAL WIRING

The internal wiring uses heavy-duty conductors with low resistance and high current capacity. Live, neutral, and earth are arranged with a focus on minimal mutual influence to reduce noise pickup.
