Like the rest of the Axxess series, the Switch SE is based on Audio Group Denmark's overarching philosophy: that mechanical stability and electrical purity are the foundation for true musical communication.

The cabinet combines a milled inner shell in natural-based composite with an outer frame in painted steel. This hybrid construction creates the ideal balance between rigidity and damping. The steel frame protects against electromagnetic interference, while the composite-based inner shell absorbs micro-vibrations and unwanted oscillations in the signal path. The result is a significantly more focused and organic sound image.

World-class anti-resonance and noise reduction

The main technical difference between the Axxess Switch and the Switch SE lies in the implementation of two Ansuz anti-aerial resonant coils. These unique components are designed to reduce high-frequency noise that is normally picked up by cables and circuits. The coils work by neutralizing electromagnetic fields and preventing unwanted RF noise from entering the signal stream.

The Switch SE is designed with four vibration points, which can be equipped with Ansuz Darkz or Axxess NOIR anti-vibration feet. These work on the principle of mechanical dissipation, where vibrations are converted into heat. Together with the hemispherical recesses on the top plate, which allow stacked components, a harmonious mechanical balance is achieved throughout the system.
