A construction in perfect balance

The Axxess Switch is designed with the same fundamental philosophy as the other Axxess and Aavik products: that mechanical stability, material selection and resonance control are as crucial to sound quality as the electronics themselves.

The cabinet structure combines an inner chassis made of natural-based composite with an outer frame made of painted steel. The tough steel frame protects against electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibrations, while the inner composite material absorbs microscopic resonances. This combination ensures a calm, natural reproduction with improved depth and timing in the music.

Resonance control and noise reduction

On the underside of the Axxess Switch are four discs that can be equipped with Ansuz Darkz or Axxess NOIR vibration dampers. These convert unwanted vibrations into heat and ensure effective decoupling from the substrate. At the same time, the top plate is shaped with hemispherical recesses that make it possible to stack other Axxess components on top without compromising the acoustic balance.

Intelligent power supply with Aavik DNA

The switch's power supply is developed with Aavik's "resonant mode power supply" technology, which operates at high frequency and delivers extra power when the music requires it. This technology significantly reduces noise levels, while ensuring dynamic capacity and lightning-fast response time. The ultra-low noise regulators in the circuit ensure that all parts of the system receive a clean, stable signal - a foundation for greater calm, precision and dynamics in the music.
