Technologies and components
Ansuz Darkz adjustable resonance control units are a supplement to Ansuz Darkz resonance control and are used when the surface is uneven, e.g. the floor. It is essential that the audio equipment is relieved with an even weight distribution on each Ansuz Darkz resonance control unit. Ansuz Darkz adjustable absorbs vibrations that are not directly related to the signal path. This absorption results in an audible vibration feedback that affects the sound quality. This is the natural and authentic sound that Ansuz Darkz units are designed to preserve.
Surface treatment
To optimize the acoustic vibration feedback, the three discs are treated with an extra hard anodizing.
Titanium intermediate balls
Since the intermediate balls are an extremely important part of the resonance control elements, they are made of titanium. Titanium is an excellent material for preserving the natural sound.
Adjustable design
To ensure that the audio equipment stands with an even weight distribution on all Ansuz Darkz resonance control units, Ansuz has developed this adjustable design. The bottom disc of the Darkz Adjustable is mounted with a threaded mechanism that makes the unit adjustable.
Design philosophy – Darkz
When determining the setup and dimensions of the Darkz, Ansuz Acoustics was guided solely by their core philosophy: always striving for the ultimate in sound quality. The Ansuz Darkz consists of three discs. Each of the two upper discs floats on three intermediate balls to ensure handling and absorption of vibrations.
Materials – Titanium
All parts are milled from solid titanium. Titanium is a really good material for resonance control and preserving the natural sound.

Jeg har med fordel anvendt Ansuz Darkz under min forstærker samt mine signalkilder. Jeg har også tiltet mine Raidho X2tér ved at klodse de bagerste ben op med Darkz.
De er lige så stor et must som støjdæmpning af strøm. Man oplever bedre fokus, flere detaljer og en opstramning af bassen.
Kan kun anbefale at man prøver disse Darkz under sit udstyr.

Super god service fra Thomas, der fandt en løsning med de justerbare Darkz til mine Børresen X2, så de kunne tiltes en smule fremover i mit near-field setup. Det var med til at løfte lydstyrken i den øvre mellem tone nogle få dB i forhold til min lytte position. Samtidig har Ansuz Darkz reduceret resonanser i bassen, grundet ujævnt gulv, hvilket samtidig gav mere ro i lydbilledet.
