Powerful Class D amplifier with UMAC^TM

U-188 uses the latest Pascal Class D amplifier technology with fast UMAC switching modulation. This results in high efficiency, low distortion and improved control over your speakers. With total harmonic distortion (THD+N) of only 0.0028% at 1 watt and 1 kHz into 8 ohms, U-288 delivers exceptionally clean and precise sound reproduction. The low intermodulation distortion (IMD) and transient intermodulation (TIM) mean that even the finest details in the music are preserved, providing a clear and undisturbed listening experience.

Aavik U-188 uses the third generation of analog dither technology with 3 x dither circuits. Anti Aerial Resonance Coil Technology – Protection against RF noise

U-188 is equipped with 4 anti aerial resonance coils that protect against airborne RF noise.
