Mark Levinson No. 534 is being sold as a demo model in very nice condition. It has been unpacked and checked over, so everything works as it should.

There may be a few small cosmetic marks, but nothing that affects sound or function. A serious high-end power amplifier with plenty of control, headroom, and impressive musicality – ready to become part of an ambitious setup. A Mark Levinson No. 534 dual mono stereo power amplifier is developed from the design of the legendary No.33 and ML-2 amplifiers. The technical design and components have been improved, but the classic ML sound has been preserved and refined.
The amplifier runs with a very high bias current and therefore in Class A mode under most listening conditions. Only when you really push it does it switch to Class A/B.

No. 534 is a dual mono stereo power amplifier delivering 2x250W into 8 ohms, 2x500 watts into 4 ohms, and it is stable all the way down to 2 ohms. That makes

Since 1972, Mark Levinson has been dedicated to a pursuit of the musical above all else.
