Equipped with Focal's legendary M-dome units

Azurys is equipped with Aluminium/Magnesium "M" dome drivers, developed by Focal's acoustic specialists in their workshops in France. The combination of these two materials produces a sound with exceptional clarity and precision. Focal engineers have applied all their expertise in loudspeaker manufacturing to create these headphones.

The 40mm full-range electrodynamic aluminium/magnesium drivers are a patented Focal innovation. Aluminium increases the stiffness of the diaphragm and significantly reduces distortion, while the addition of magnesium ensures excellent damping. This alloy enables the drivers to deliver deep bass, smooth treble and clear vocals for an extremely accurate sound.

To achieve full performance , Azurys requires a break-in period. This occurs naturally after several hours of listening. To speed up the process, it is recommended to play the headphones for at least 24 hours at a relatively high volume on tracks rich in low frequencies. This stabilizes the units and allows you to fully enjoy your headphones.
